Embrace began with the same questions many families face: How do we keep someone safe without taking away their independence? How do we coordinate everything without burning out? How do we help a loved one remain where they want to be?

Why we started Embrace
Our founders have personally cared for loved ones and understand the weight families carry when health, safety, independence, and everyday life begin to change.
That experience revealed real opportunities to do better: communicate earlier, follow through more reliably, support the family as well as the person receiving care, and build services around the goal most people share—to stay in the place they know and love for as long as possible.
Embrace brings personal care, transition support, and care navigation together through an RN-led, coordinated model so families do not have to stitch disconnected services into a plan on their own.
